Members of our chambers are frequently instructed to prosecute and defend serious allegations of violence. We have decades of experience of work in this field in both London and further afield.
We have been instructed in some of the most serious and wide-scale mass violence, including prosecutions arising from the London Riots, large-scale organised football-related violence, violent disorder, affrays and violence during protests. We also represent individuals, often on a private basis, who find themselves involved spontaneous violence.
