Tommy Dominguez secured the unanimous acquittal for his client charged with Causing Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent and Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm.

Following a four-day trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court, Tommy’s client was unanimously acquitted of both counts after the jury had been in retirement for under three hours.

The Crown alleged that the Defendant attended a property, whereby he attacked the Complainant with a knife causing injuries to her head, face and arm. The Crown relied upon the recording of a 999 call made, bodyworn footage of attending officers, evidence from attending paramedics and photographs of injuries sustained.

Tommy was instructed by Iain Lancaster of Panesar & Co Solicitors.
