Stuart Trimmer KC secures convictions in coma victim murder case

Stuart Trimmer KC has successfully prosecuted two men following the death of Henry Huggins, who spent 22 months in a coma following an attack in August 2013. Stuart Doherty, who had previously admitted causing grievous bodily harm to Mr. Huggins, has now been found guilty of murder, following a trial at Luton Crown Court. James Early had previously been convicted of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, has now been found guilty of manslaughter. Both men will be sentenced later this month.
