We are delighted to announce that Ruby Wright has won her first trial at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court. Ruby successfully defended allegations of harassment on 6 separate occasions and domestic criminal damage.
Ruby’s careful analysis of multiple video recordings, inconsistent statements and gaps within the footage demonstrated that her lay client’s behaviour was reasonable. Her lay client was acquitted of both charges. Ruby was instructed by Goldkorns Solicitors.
