Philip Misner secures acquittals on the first day of trial at Wood Green Crown Court in respect of allegations of kidnapping and robbery.
The victim, who was a nitrous oxide supplier, had his business accounts emptied during the course of the kidnap. The Crown offered no evidence after Philip made detailed submissions on the evidential sufficiency of the prosecution case.
Philip was instructed by Shila Keshvari of Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson Solicitors.
