Our Sexual Offences Team include highly skilled barristers who both prosecute and defend sexual offences and defence-only practitioners who specialise in this highly technical area.  Many of our practitioners have been appointed to the Crown Prosecution Service RASSO panel and are instructed to prosecute some of the most serious sexual allegations in the country and we are entrusted to show the utmost care and expertise when dealing with young and vulnerable witnesses.

Once instructed we ensure that cases are properly prepared by identifying disclosure issues early, including situations where it might be necessary to make applications for third party disclosure and ensuring that the allegations are properly investigated, including obtaining telephone downloads when appropriate.
