Whether subject to a statutory regime, a member of a self-governing occupation with its own disciplinary regime, or whether seeking legal assistance on a professional regulatory matter, we can provide registrants with timely, early stage advice on emergent professional or regulatory issues as well as legal representation before the disciplinary tribunals and professional conduct committees.  This includes advising on the preparation and presentation of a response, on evidence, disclosure, admissibility and on the formulation of written submissions.

Where allegations of misconduct or claimed lack of competence by a regulatory body leads to criminal prosecution, our team is able to ensure continuity of representation through the disciplinary proceedings (including any applications for interim suspensions) to any criminal proceedings that may follow.
