Criminal Appeals

Members of 4BB Chambers have significant expertise and experience of advising on applications for leave to appeal and appeals against conviction and sentence.

We are often instructed on a private basis to advise on whether there are arguable grounds of appeal against conviction or sentence.  We typically require a full set of case papers and may require transcripts of parts of the hearing.

A number of our barristers are Public Access qualified and individuals may be able to instruct a member of our chambers directly to draft and argue an appeal.
