We are delighted to announce that Niamh Sexton has won her first trial at City of London Magistrates’ Court. Niamh successfully defended an allegation of assaulting an emergency worker. During Niamh’s cross-examination one of the police officers conceded that his colleague’s fall and subsequent injuries could have resulted from the actions of other officers, thereby leading to the acquittal of Niamh’s lay client.
