Marcia Hagon made successful representation to secure a contingent destruction order for Shadow, an XL bully dog who had been seized by police as a prohibited breed.

Following the conviction of the dog’s owner for possession of a prohibited dog, the Court was persuaded to make the order which will enable the owner’s former partner to apply for exemption and bring Shadow home.

Marcia was instructed by The Dog Clinic at KWP Solicitors.
