Marcia Hagon secured the  acquittal of her client charged with being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury,

The Defendant’s dog had bitten another dog in a public park which was not in dispute. However, the Crown alleged that in the course of the incident the Defendant’s dog had also injured the owner which was denied.

The jury unanimously acquitted Marcia’s client following a four-day trial at St Albans Crown Court.

Marcia was instructed by Rachel Fletcher of Slater Heelis.
