Jon Mitchell secured the acquittal of his client charged with two counts of Rape and two counts of Sexual Assault. The case attracted significant media attention due to the Defendant’s status as an asylum seeker who had been granted refugee status in the United Kingdom.
Following an eight-day trial at Isleworth Crown Court, Jon’s client was unanimously acquitted on all counts.
