Jon Mitchell leading Rebecca Willoughby secured an acquittal of two clients with respect to a fraud prosecuted under the Serious Crime Act by the SFO. Following a 6-week trial, Rebecca and Jon’s clients were unanimously acquitted on both counts after the jury had been in retirement for over 23 hours.
