In a trial which finished on 4th August 2016 at Peterborough Crown Court, Helen Guest successfully prosecuted Danny Warby for causing death by dangerous driving. The defendant had been opening a text message whilst driving a 13.6 tonne lorry, causing a crash which killed an office duty police officer. For more details about the case, please click here.
