Eric Jeffrey secured the conviction of a Defendant charged with Assault on an Emergency Worker.
The Crown alleged that the defendant head-butted a police officer following her arrest for unrelated matters. Following a two-day trial at Reading Crown Court, the Defendant was unanimously convicted. This was Eric’s first trial in the Crown Court.
Eric was instructed by the Crown Prosecution Service.
