Christopher Surtees-Jones secured the acquittal for his client charged with Causing Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent, Unlawful Wounding, Violent Disorder and Possession of a Bladed Article.

The allegations arose from a violent confrontation in Canterbury city centre involving multiple stabbings, following an alleged road-rage incident between moped delivery drivers and occupants of the defendant’s car.

Following a two-week trial involving three defendants at Canterbury Crown Court, Christopher’s client was unanimously acquitted.

Christopher was instructed by Aurindam Majumdar of Payton’s Solicitors.
