Christopher Surtees-Jones secured a suspended sentence for a 21-year-old who took a knife to work and stabbed one of his co-workers several times. Indicted as a s18 causing grievous bodily harm with intent, there were complex mental health issues and a plea to s20 grievous bodily harm was entered. A suspended sentence with various rehabilitation activity requirements was eventually passed.
