Chlóe Sibley-Morgan has won her first trial at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court. Chlóe successfully defended her client against charges of possession of a class B drug, possession of a class C drug for wrongful inhalation and possession of a bladed article in a public place.
The Crown’s case consisted of 5 read statements, live evidence from a police officer and BWV footage. The Defendant denied knowledge and control of the items and was acquitted on all counts.
