The Defendan twas charged with Possession with Intent to Supply Class A Drugs, after 11.5 kilos of cocaine was seized by police. The Defendant initially faced a sentence with a starting point of 14 years’ custody. Following successful representations made, the Defendant received a sentence of 7.5 years’ imprisonment.
