Philip Misner has been instructed regularly as a Leading Junior since 1996, appearing as such in cases involving child cruelty, fraud, arson, large scale drugs distribution, murder, attempted murder and money laundering. His cases have often required the rapid assimilation and mastery of a significant amount of material, particularly when instructed late. Many of his cases have involved expert evidence, such as drugs absorption and transference in children, DNA, telephonic communication, gunshot residue, fire source as well as pathology.
