Niamh Sexton has undertaken both her first and second six pupillage with 4BB Chambers.
Before beginning her pupillage, Niamh was a paralegal in a criminal defence firm in London. Niamh had her own case load across the spectrum of criminal law in the Crown, Magistrates’ and Youth Courts. Niamh also assisted solicitors in complex and high-profile cases including murder and serious sexual assaults.
Niamh undertook her Bar Training Course at BPP, Holborn and as part of her LLM in Legal Practice (Bar) she wrote an academic article on ‘Cyberflashing’ which was at the time a new area of law being introduced.
Niamh’s first six pupil supervisor was Tim Naik and her second Six pupil supervisor was Julia Mackworth.
