Allan Goh secured the acquittal for his client charged with Rape, Intentional Strangulation and Assault by Beating.
Following a five-day trial at Luton Crown Court, Allan’s client was unanimously acquitted of all counts after the jury had been in retirement for under 3 hours. The Defendant maintains his good character.
The trial involved sensitive religious and cultural elements within the marriage.
