Abigail Penny secures not guilty verdicts after a successful submission of no case to answer at the Central Criminal Court following a 5-week trial. The defendant she represented originally faced allegations of attempted murder, conspiracy to commit GBH, conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life and conspiracy to steal.
