Serena Lit studied European Politics at King’s College London before going on to study the Bar Practice Course at the University of Law. While studying, Serena was a student advisor and advocate under the ULaw Litigation Programme, representing lay clients before the First-Tier Tribunal. Prior to this, Serena was a senior political advisor and media strategist.
Serena looks to develop a broad criminal practice, encompassing serious violence, fraud, motoring offences and supply of drugs.

He went on to study at the University of Law, completing the Bar Practice Course alongside a master’s degree. While studying, he was a volunteer caseworker for immigration detainees seeking bail.
Matthew is keen to build a broad general crime practice and, ultimately, to specialise in terrorism cases and working with foreign national clients.
